I felt really good afterwards, no nausea or anything, but since I'm sitting up to type it's starting to come back a bit and I got the hic-ups which aren't a good combination with an upset stomach as I've learned. I think I'm going to try to have some sorbet or something and see if that helps settle my stomach, but I know the only thing that really helps happens to be crackers and like plain rice crackers which I can't exactly bite right now...
